To Order a Package:

  1. Text (804)-223-0487 or message @bronzevisuals on Instagram, and state which package you would like to purchase.

  2. Attach your gameday image(s) that you would like designed, and add general info about your name, sport, position, team, jersey number, and any other requests.

  3. If Bronze writes back agreeing to design a graphic for you, then you will be instructed to pay us by:
    VENMO: @BronzeVisuals

  4. After your payment is completed, Bronze will design your graphic and send you completed versions, and confirm with you if they work. If not, you may request changes or additions per your package limits, until your satisfied with your graphic.

 FAQs

  • You will be refunded if, and only if, you paid Bronze Visuals AFTER we stated we would design a graphic for you, and you never recieved a graphic. You will not be refunded if you are unsatisfied with your graphic(s), as they are customized by your direction and input.

  • Bronze Visuals designs graphics for all sports and all athletes, whether you’re a varsity-athlete, intramural, rec, or professional, Bronze will design you a graphic.

  • Typically, a customer support member will reach out within 24 hours. However, barring staff shortages and unavailability, it may at absolute maximum take up to 3-4 business days. While unlikely, we may also reach out and say that we are not able to design until a certain date, where we will remain communicative until we are able to design your graphic. Once we agree to design your graphic and your payment is completed, it should typically take no more than a few hours to complete the process.
